Sean Heggood

Minister of Music & Worship

Sean was born in San Pedro California where he lived for only a short while before moving to Georgia. He began serving in Ministry at the age of 14. Sean served as Youth choir director and sound tech. He has been in ministry for 36 years. He has served in 7 churches over his 36 years of ministry and came to Britt David in 2019. He plays guitar and loves to lead the church body in worship. Sean has a Bachelors degree in Orchestral Performance from Georgia State University and a Masters in Christian education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Sean and Cindy have two Children, Megan Heggood (22) and Katelyn Heggood (18). Cindy plays the saxophone, sings Alto in the choir, and teaches 4th grade at Martin Luther King Elementary. Sean is passionate about seeing men, women, boys, and girls lift their voices in praise to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
